an illustration i drew based on characters from a 21 page comic i did back in 2003.

hmm im not sure if i'll do another version of the coloring.
this ..picture is..giving me pain.

the top guy is fenir and his familair rein, the main character.
the guy on the right is his rival, haven and his familair, psi.
at the bottom foreground is their mentor, zo and her familair reidel.

I like the coloring you did on this. The colors give the picture a dark tone. Great looking characters too.

thanks! actually nothing came of the comic short. it was kind of a practice piece to get me started into drawing a longer series but i ended up working on once in a blue moon instead.
i uploaded the pages on my server for those who are curious about it. [link]

actually the original was done at 17x14 bristol and i was too lazy to scan it in 4 pieces so parts of the leaves and trees were cut off in this version. it took me pretty much an entire day for the linework. i needed breaks from inking.
